2021.12.07 12:54 FacedCrown Since we're talking leaks, this is an old picture from Inside Infinite. Notice the description is an error, its for Mark VI and its unlocked from the campaign. Wouldnt have shown up in the armor locker leaks, as its an achievement, but still very possible campaign armor.

2021.12.07 12:54 BaronWiggle Basic question about hanging cabinet doors on a masonry wall.
Hi all, I'm looking for some advice that I assume is pretty simple.
I'm looking to install this pine door onto this fire place recess in order to stop my newly mobile 8 month old from getting to all the goodies within.
The question I'm asking is what type of hinge should I use? Kitchen cabinet hinges was my first assumption, but they all seem to have very small screws which probably wouldn't work in the masonry wall... Every other search I do for masonry hinges assumes I'm installing an outdoor gate.
I'd prefer the hinges to not be visible from the outside.
If anyone knows off the top of their head what kind of hinge would work best here, I'd really appreciate it.

2021.12.07 12:54 LadyConcreteBrain Provided that / Seeing that
Question: _____ the building has an excellent location and modern interior, it is popular among visitors. (A) In view of (B) Provided that (C) Other than (D) Seeing that
According to the answer key, the correct answer is (B). I'm confused, my understanding is "provided that" means "as long as / if", and "Seeing that" means "because". So these two sentences sound okay to me: ．Provided that the building has an excellent location and modern interior, it will be popular among visitors. ．Seeing that the building has an excellent location and modern interior, it is popular among visitors.
But this one does not: ．Provided that the building has an excellent location and modern interior, it is popular among visitors.

2021.12.07 12:54 Party_Farm Version Control: Source tables and downstream tables/views
We are about to start using Fivetran for bringing data into our Snowflake instance from various sources, and it seems like it automatically detects schema changes from the source and propagates it down to the target tables. I'm curious if those of you that use Fivetran still maintain a git repository of the schema DDL scripts, and if so, what that process looks like? I've looked into alembic, Flyway, schemachange, etc., but it seems redundant keeping track of migration files if Fivetran is doing that automatically for us. At the end of the day, our goal is to maintain a set of DDL scripts so that we can rebuild the database schemas from scratch (with or without Fivetran). Perhaps Terraform + basic SQL scripts maintained in a git repository?
In searching through this subreddit, it seems like DBT is a beneficial module to use for objects built on top of the source tables/data, such as views, ETLs, additional tables, etc. And it also acts as a schema versioning module for the aforementioned. Is my understanding of this correct?

2021.12.07 12:54 a4techkeyboard Harry Kim wasn't promoted for the same administrative reason Voyager didn't have whales or dolphins
Due to a clerical error, Harry Kim was assigned to Voyager as Set Asian Ops.
When the assignments were being given to new ensigns and ships, someone told the admiral in charge that they forgot to assign for Voyager's Cetacean Ops and the admiral just yelled at some new guy at the office to pick somebody for it.
However, they thought "Set Asian Ops" meant an Operation Officer who may be Chinese or Korean - nobody knows - a whose rank is "set" and not to be promoted.
When he heard about the whale officers, he was so embarrassed but never mentioned it to anybody since Voyager was lost anyway, phew.
